Below are some remodeling and upgrade projects done by Heartland Remodel

Brazilian cherry and iron replaced the original solid 1/2 wall - it really
opens the space up!
A "0" clearance gas fireplace and mantel creates a super cozy master bedroom!
A little balcony turned an uneventful and boxy living room into something
to admire.
Another example of a stairway 1/2 wall removed and replaced with a handrail
and balusters - this can make the room feel larger and brighter.
A full remodel in progress, involving bumping out an exterior wall,
and adding a master suite where there was previously a vaulted ceiling in the family room.
